Chocolatey French Toast


For two:
2 eggs
2/3 cup of milk
pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 slices of brioche bread
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp of chocolate chips ( I used dark chocolate)
Fresh raspberries and blueberries


1. Make the French Toast!

Whisk up your eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Then dredge your brioche slices into the mixture.

Throw some butter into your pan, let that sizzle a bit, then add your brioche in on medium heat. 2/3 minutes on one side, then 1 minute on the other.

Take your french toast out of the pan. Place one slice down, add your chocolate chips, put the other slice on top. Then let that melt into ooey gooey yumminess. Add fresh berries, a dusting of powdered sugar, and drizzle with the maple syrup of your choice! Enjoy!
