Halloween French Toast


1 tbs of butter
4 Pieces of Brioche
Raspberries or Strawberries (mashed)
1 Egg
Splash of Milk
Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp of Vanilla


  1. Cut the brioche into your preferred shape with cookie cutters
  2. Tamp down the inside of the bread and put in your mashed fruit.
  3. Pinch the corners of your bread together to enclose the mashed fruit on the inside.
  4. Whisk together egg, milk, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla
  5. Dredge the bread in the mixture and place on a pan with butter.
  6. Sear both sides for a couple of minutes.
  7. Powder with powdered sugar and drizzle maple syrup.
