Mummy Poppers


8 Jalepenos (Cut in half)
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 Pack of Thick Cut Bacon
3 Cloves of Garlic
1/4 cup of Sharp Cheddar
1/4 cup of Parmesan


  1. Cut the jalapeños in half. Use a tea spoon to scoop the innards out if you don’t want your mouth to fall off.
  2. Rinse the jalapeños off. (I didn’t do this, but my husband says you should if you don’t want it to be too spicy.)
  3. Mix your cream cheese, shredded cheeses, and garlic.
  4. Place this mixture into your jalapeño halves.
  5. Wrap with bacon

Put it into a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes
