Toddler Veggie Egg Bites

Ingredients

Ingredients:
1 cup grated zucchini (1 small zucchini)
1 cup spinach chopped
3 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup feta crumbled
1 tbs whole wheat flour

Instructions

Combine and place in muffin tins or donut tins, sprayed with avocado oil.

I did these at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

This made 6 for me but i did fill them all the way up.

Toddler Tricky Times

Is garlic healthy for my toddler? Garlic has Quercetin & Selenium which is an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory. Garlic also has Vitamin C!

Can I give my toddler eggs? Yes, eggs have protein and vitamins! You shouldn’t give your child eggs if they are under 6 months old, but make sure to consult your pediatrician.

Can I give my toddler whole wheat flour? Yes, whole wheat flour is a great alternative to all purpose flour and has vitamins, minerals, and fiber!

Can I give my toddler feta cheese? Yes, feta cheese is great for bone health, gut health, and has protein!
